The Product Chronicles

During Dutch Design Week 2023 Re—gained will present three new projects in the exhibition The Product Chronicles: with discarded carpet tiles, unused office cabinets by Friso Kramer and 5,000 old tote bags from Dutch Design Week. Within these projects we are working with product designer Simone Post, fashion designers Atelier Reservé and our very own Jan Willem ter Steege from PTSA, and with organizations Sparo, Boro Atelier and UvA. The exhibition will take place at the Bermann church in Eindhoven from 21 – 29 October 2023.
Salone del Mobile

During Salone del Mobile 2022, Weved, Re—gained and Studio Floris Schoonderbeek presented their new designs to an international audience. The two projects were shown at Masterly, The Dutch in Milano: Weved Lounge Chair 01 by Re—gained and Table Tarp 01 by Studio Floris Schoonderbeek. We welcomed many visitors from all over the world, both professional and general public, to show them these projects and talk about the importance of using wool in a modern and innovative way.
Dutch Design Week

After Salone del Mobile in Milan, Weved Lounge Chair 01 and Table Tarp 01 was also presented during Dutch Design Week Eindhoven, the largest design festival of Northern Europe. The projects were on show at PIET HEIN EEK. The two designs match each other well in terms of theme, content and imagery, and underline the shared story of reclaiming high-quality residual flows, biodiversity and the transition to a circular economy.
